We are seeking a dedicated Funeral Transportation Specialist to join our mission of providing compassionate and respectful service to our community. This role is integral to our commitment to guiding families with care and dignity during their most difficult times.
You will prepare and transport decedents from places of death to our facilities, local medical examiners or other locations as requested. Ensuring professionalism and sensitivity at every step. Your work will reflect our core values: compassion, respect, inclusivity, and a dedication to excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly to calls during on-call periods, dressed professionally and ready to depart within 15 minutes. This is an on-call position, where you will be on standby waiting to be dispatched at any time, day or night, and multiple times during that period.
- Transport decedents with dignity and care, handling remains with the utmost gentleness and respect.
- Collaborate closely with families and team members to uphold our promise of excellence and compassion.
- Maintain meticulous records and follow all legal and professional guidelines.

Who You Are
- A compassionate professional with a clean driving record and valid NJ driver’s license.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying (with a partner) weights exceeding 300 pounds.
- Impeccably groomed and dressed professionally in alignment with our brand standards.
- Someone who thrives under pressure and performs tasks independently with integrity.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage stressful situations gracefully.
