Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedic & Aquatic Rehabilitation

Canyon Physical Therapy & Aquatic Rehabilitation is looking for a (full time or part time) Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. We welcome both new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists who are interested in working in a collaborative outpatient environment.
\n
We are looking for someone who is eager to become part of our clinic, learn from our team, and contribute their own experience and ideas. Our goal is to find the right person who can grow with our practice while helping us continue to provide exceptional, individualized patient care.

Position Details
\n
· Position: Physical Therapist
\n
· Schedule: Full-time or part-time — open to discussion
\n
· Starting Salary: $75,000+, depending on experience and qualifications
\n
· Work Environment: Outpatient physical therapy and aquatic rehabilitation
\n
· New Graduates: Welcome and encouraged to apply

Clinic Hours
\n
· Monday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
\n
· Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
\n
We are open to discussing a schedule that works well for both the therapist and our clinic.

Responsibilities
\n
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating a designated caseload of patients while providing high-quality, individualized care in accordance with professional standards of practice.
\n
Responsibilities include:
\n
· Performing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized plans of care.
\n
· Providing therapeutic interventions, modalities, and treatments appropriate to each patient's needs.
\n
· Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans as appropriate.
\n
· Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
\n
· Providing patient education and promoting independence in the management of their condition.
\n
· Collaborating with Physical Therapist Assistants, technicians, and other members of the care team.
\n
· Assuming responsibility and accountability for patients being treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and other assistive personnel, as appropriate.
\n
· Participating in the orientation and mentorship of staff and students when assigned.
\n
· Supporting the clinic's commitment to excellent patient care and a positive patient experience.
\n
· Assuming appropriate supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the designated supervisor.
\n
