The Director of Business Development will be the company's dedicated full-time business development leader in the US. You will personally identify, engage, and close new biotech clients while helping shape the company's US go-to-market strategy, flagship offerings, and commercial processes.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of business development experience in one or more of the following areas:

•Regulatory affairs consulting

•CRO / CDMO services with a strong regulatory/clinical consulting component

•Clinical development strategy/planning

●Demonstrated success leading and closing consulting or service deals (e.g., six-figure, meaningful multi-project engagements), where you owned the sales process from first contact to signed contract.

●Familiarity with FDA (and preferably EMA/NMPA) regulatory pathways such as pre-IND, IND, NDA/BLA, orphan drug designation, expedited programs, etc. You don’t need to be a regulatory expert, but you must be able to speak credibly with senior biotech leaders.

●Bachelor’s degrees in Business or Sciences required.
