Our organization is seeking a Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team.

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 1 PM.

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

About Our Practice

Our dental practice, like every office we support, is tailored to the community and the patients we serve. With the assistance of a practice manager and a highly skilled on-site team, along with a vast network of experts nationwide, you will have access to all the resources and support necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Illinois and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Ability to address clinical needs as required by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both staff and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in Florida and Tennessee.
