What You'll Do
As a Tax Associate, you'll work closely with our experienced tax professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of tax preparation and planning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Gathering and organizing client financial data.
- Performing tax research and analysis.
- Supporting the team with IRS correspondence and other client communications.
- Learning and applying relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Contributing to the overall success of our tax department.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Internship experience in a public accounting firm or tax-related role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A genuine passion for tax and a commitment to continuous learning.
