What You'll Be Doing (AKA, How You'll Rock This Role):

Be a Thoughtful Leader

  • Guide, mentor, and inspire a talented team of BCBAs, Senior Therapists, and more.
  • Lead with integrity, positivity, and a strategic mindset that empowers others to shine.
  • Set clear expectations, celebrate success, and coach through challenges.


Communicate & Collaborate

  • Serve as the bridge between clinical and admin teams-because teamwork makes the dream work.
  • Host dynamic clinic meetings and team huddles that bring people together.
  • Keep families, funders, and partners in the loop-everyone's voice matters.


Drive Outcomes & Excellence

  • Shape clinic goals and performance standards that lead to amazing care.
  • Oversee programming, treatment plans, and data-driven decision-making using the QET model.
  • Ensure smooth intakes, timely documentation, and excellent care that exceeds expectations.


Build & Grow Your Dream Team

  • Help recruit, onboard, and develop top-tier clinical talent.
  • Coordinate trainings and continuing education that keep your team sharp.
  • Monitor team satisfaction and proactively create a positive, supportive work culture.


Innovate & Elevate

  • Contribute ideas to improve our services, systems, and strategies.
  • Develop and refine clinical policies that ensure consistency and quality.
  • Represent the clinic at community events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


‍ What You Bring to the Table:

  • BCBA (or BCaBA) Certification with hands-on experience (min. 400 hours)
  • A Bachelor's or Master's in a behavioral science (depending on certification path)
  • 5+ years in a leadership/supervisory ABA role (e.g., Lead BCBA, or Senior) is ideal
  • A heart for helping kids and families-and the skills to lead a strong team

  • Ability to think strategically while juggling the day-to-day
  • Familiarity with DTT, NET, PRT, and other evidence-based ABA strategies
