• Department needs in: GYN, Non-GYN, FNA, Rapid On-site Evaluation
• Shift: 7:00 – 15:30, 7:30 – 16:00, 11:00 – 19:30
• Years of experience REQ: 1
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• Weekend REQ: None
• Is on-call REQ? No
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes - Possible rotation to United Hospital and/or Mercy Hospital
• Open to accommodating block schedule? Yes
• Locals accepted: No – 100 mile radius
• Pending License accepted: Yes
• RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
• Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours.
• Special Requirements: Perform Robotic EBUS, regular EBUS, EUS, Rapid On-site Evaluation (ROSE), CT, Ultrasound
• Work Setting Experience Required: Inpatient Lab, Outpatient Lab, Ultrasound
• Professional Knowledge/Skills Required: Specimen Labeling/identification

Job Requirements
• Certs REQ: ASCP-CT
• Primary Source Verification of license required
• MN LPN license required for LPN candidates
• MN CNA license is required for CNA candidates
• EMT state license or NREMT required for EMT’s
• CNA’s must complete 12 hours of Alzheimer/Dementia/Elder Abuse training annually
