Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for urgency, integrity, and transparency, as you manage high volumes of inbound leads and expertly qualify potential opportunities. You'll be setting the stage for our Acquisition Managers by diligently following up and scheduling appointments.

Compensation:
$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Respond to all new leads quickly (calls, web forms, text)
- Make outbound calls to warm, cold, and old leads daily
- Qualify motivation, timeline, condition, and price
- Set appointments for the Acquisition team
- Maintain detailed notes and task reminders in the CRM
- Follow a daily call and follow-up schedule
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets
- Provide status updates to the sales team
- Re-engage old leads and nurture long-term prospects
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong phone communication skills
- Positive, coachable attitude
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Basic tech and CRM proficiency
- Ability to follow scripts and processes
- Must live in the Houston, TX area
Preferred (not required):
- Inside sales background
- Real estate or wholesaling experience
- Familiarity with CRM or similar tools
