Essential Duties: Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Receive and log service calls and work requests from customers.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers and provide customers with necessary information and documentation.

Ensure a smooth transition for customers into our services.

Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding their service requests.

Monitor and manage parking ticket issuance, disputes and payments.

Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with customer service

Able to plan, schedule, and organize tasks related to the job to achieve goals within or ahead of established time frames

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with employees and customers

Computer and Microsoft Office proficient

Can type 40+ WPM (words per minute)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Able to demonstrate integrity, professionalism, civility, and a high degree of ethics in all job-related actions

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
