Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Allison Park, PA, for a Customer Service Representative. The goal with this role would be to slowly transition into a sales producer role once trained and sufficient.
The selected candidate will handle client inquiries, address concerns, and provide guidance on insurance policies. Daily tasks include answering customer calls, processing policy updates, assisting with claims, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. A collaborative and customer-focused approach is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Proficiency with data entry and documentation management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of insurance terms and products is advantageous
- Familiarity with office software applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance industry or a customer-facing role is beneficial
