Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Spray Painting
Paint Prep ( Masking , Sanding, & More)
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have good mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to follow all work instructions.
Auto body experience helpful, but not necessary
Education:
High school diploma, GED equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to stand, kneel, bend, and lift heavy objects (50 lbs.), for extended periods of time.

Paint Helper Job Summary:
Performs all prep work for the refinish and assembly process.
Essential Functions:
1.Remove grease, dirt, paint, or rust from part surfaces in preparation for paint application, using abrasives, solvents, brushes, or sandblasters;
2. Assists painter in pre-paint blending needs;
3. Works with paint team to assist in keeping parts on track for scheduled delivery time;
4. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble sprayers and power equipment, using solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning duties
