Financial Analyst

We are searching for a Financial Analyst to be responsible for sourcing financial data, creating operational reports, budgets, and forecasts. In this role you will provide quantitative and qualitative insight on the company’s performance trend through research, compilation of data, and robust analysis.
Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 annual salary
Location: This is a hybrid position with an expectation of two to three days per week in office at 615 Channelside Dr., Suite 206, Tampa, FL 33602.

Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional operations team by answering P&L questions and building financial literacy
- Work with the accounting team to ensure accurate results for locations
- Create presentation decks for monthly operating reviews and evaluate financials and other metrics
- Prepare recurring monthly, weekly and daily reports to analyze and monitor financial condition of the region and individual facilities
- Develop financial models to help prepare forecasts and budget
- Follow business and industry trends to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities
- Prepare ad-hoc reporting on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or associated quantitative field of study
- Preferred: 0-2 years' recent experience in FP&A, accounting, or related role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including the following types of functions: index/match, sum/offset, indirect formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Access, Power Query, PowerPivot, SQL, OneStream experience a plus
- Knowledgeable regarding the conceptual framework underlying financial accounting including income statement/P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and operational KPIs
