Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end accounting functions within a fast-paced music and entertainment environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting client accounts, and ensuring timely reporting.
Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments</li>
<li>Perform bank and account reconciliations, including tour accounting</li>
<li>Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial records</li>
<li>Process payroll submissions through third-party providers</li>
<li>Review and code credit card transactions</li>
<li>Support audits and maintain organized financial documentation</li>
<li>Serve as a point of contact for clients, tour managers, and staff</li>
<li>Assist with daily financial inquiries and communications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of financial statements and reconciliations</li>
<li>Proficiency in accounting software and Excel</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks independently</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
</ul>
