We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer who will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, proven training experience, and a passion for helping others succeed. This role is key in ensuring our staff consistently delivers exceptional service to clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs focused on customer service excellence

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and continuing education for current staff

  • Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback

  • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources

  • Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve customer satisfaction

  • Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into training

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a trainer or in a customer service supervisory role

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to assess performance and give constructive feedback

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data reporting tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
