Magda Care Services LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality in-home care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence in a safe home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping when needed
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license/certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health, senior care, rehabilitation, or long-term care
• Knowledge of basic patient care and safety procedures
• Experience assisting elderly or disabled patients for 2 years
