United Exploration, LLC, an independent oil and gas investment firm, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, professional office environment and enjoys a mix of bookkeeping and light administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, transaction reconciliation, and revenue tracking

Prepare and distribute monthly revenue statements to partners

Maintain accurate and organized financial and project records

Answer, screen, and transfer approximately 5-10 incoming calls per day

Prepare, scan, and file documents electronically and physically

Assist with general office tasks as needed (mail handling, supply management, light correspondence)
Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

1-2 years bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or office administration experience preferred

Experience with EnergyLink or similar oil and gas revenue software is a plus (but not required)

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized

Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a small office setting
