We’re seeking a motivated Inside Technical Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales of our cutting-edge products.

Job Summary:

The Inside Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting customers, preparing technical proposals, and closing sales for our US manufactured boiler systems. This role combines technical expertise with strong sales acumen to address client needs, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships. You’ll work closely with engineers, contractors, and facility managers to recommend equipment and services tailored to their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, providing technical support and product recommendations.

•Prepare and deliver detailed sales proposals, including system specifications, pricing, and timelines.

•Collaborate with engineering and service teams to assess client needs and ensure proposed solutions meet technical requirements.

•Negotiate terms and close sales, achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.

•Provide post-sale support, coordinating with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

•Experience with Mechanical Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent technical training (Associate’s degree or vocational certification).

•Experience: 2+ years in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, boilers, or related mechanical systems. Experience in B2B or industrial sales is a plus.

•Technical Skills: Understanding of HVAC systems, boilers, and related components (e.g., burners, controls, pumps). Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.

•Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

•Other: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
