Your Impact
You’ll be the dependable partner our clients trust to handle their bookkeeping with care and precision. Day to day, you will:
· Record financial transactions and complete the posting process daily with accuracy in Quickbooks Online
· Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annually internal auditing work papers for financial reporting accuracy to clients, lendors, and investors.
· Reconcile bank, loan, and credit card accounts, as well as sales tax, payroll tax, and 401(k) accounts on a monthly basis.
· Run or prepare financial reports and ensure that every detail is correct.
· Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently and on time.
· Prepare and process checks, payroll, and journal entries.
· Review other accountants' work to support year-end close and accurate financial reporting.
· Regular interaction with clients to gather financial information, clarify transactions, and provide updates on bookkeeping tasks.
· Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, policies and procedures.

· Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience, ideally in a client-facing or business-services environment.
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
· Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
· Meticulous attention to detail—accuracy and organizational skills matter.
· Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
