CRNA needed in Indiana for a locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license.

• Coverage Needed: Mon-Fri; 7a-3p or 7a-5p
• Call Required: Yes
• Cases Required: General, Endo, Ortho and Joint Replacement, Urology, Ophthalmology, OBGYN, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia
• Must be Proficient in Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals
• EMR: Epic
