Temp to Hire | Monday through Friday | 7am to 4pm

What You Will Do

  • Greet visitors and maintain a polished and professional office environment
  • Support operations with clerical tasks including expense coding, purchase orders, data entry, and documentation
  • Provide Spanish and English translation support for internal teams
  • Keep office and common areas stocked, tidy, and organized
  • Assist with meeting preparation, workspace setup, and small events
  • Serve as a proactive support person who keeps daily operations running smoothly


What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bilingual Spanish and English
  • One to two years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support
  • Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Friendly, high energy, outgoing, people focused, and professional communication style
  • Interest in long term growth within business operations and administration
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in the 77065 area
