Role Description As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Grow Well ABA, LLC, you will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in a remote setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on client progress, and following treatment protocols with consistency and accuracy. You will support clients in building communication, social, and daily living skills, while managing challenging behaviors using approved strategies. This is a part-time, remote role that requires reliable scheduling, active participation in supervision, and regular communication with clinical supervisors and caregivers.

- Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement behavior support plans as directed.
- Skills in Communication and Behavioral Intervention to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and supervising clinicians.
- Understanding of Psychology principles as they relate to behavior, learning, and motivation.
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility and willingness to obtain certification within a defined timeframe.
- Experience working with neurodivergent individuals or those with developmental or behavioral needs is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and maintaining client confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work) is a plus.
