By combining advanced technology with top-notch healthcare providers, Vida is breaking down the barriers that have historically kept people from getting the best care. Vida Health is seeking a Sr. Group Product Manager - Clinical to lead the evolution of our care delivery platform - designing products that empower clinicians, improve outcomes and unlock scalable, margin-efficient care. You will define the roadmap for provider and clinical systems, driving integration between Vida’s internal platform and external partners (labs, diagnostics, pharmacies and third-party care providers).
This role is ideal for a systems thinker who understands the intersection of clinical workflows, data interoperability and digital experience. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Product Management, you will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Medical Officer, SVP Clinical Operations, Head of Engineering and Vida’s data science team to make care delivery more automated, integrated and measurable.Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Clinical Platform product area, spanning provider tools, care coordination and documentation workflows.
  • Build and manage integrations with external product vendors (e.g., labs, diagnostic partners, pharmacy networks, and device data) to deliver seamless member and clinician experiences.
  • Partner with Clinical Leadership to digitize and operationalize care pathways- covering GLP-1, cardiometabolic, behavioral health and MASH protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-assisted care, reducing clinician administrative time and increasing capacity per provider.
  • Define and own clinical efficiency metrics (time to consult, provider utilization, member satisfaction, outcomes).
  • Translate clinical strategy into clear, measurable product outcomes; communicate progress to executives and clients.
  • Build a small but high-performing team of PMs and partner cross-functionally with engineering, data and design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum.
  • 7+ years of product management experience in digital health, EHR or care delivery platforms, including 3+ years in leadership.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical workflows and the operational realities of hybrid/virtual care delivery.
  • Experience with vendor integrations (e.g., lab ordering and results delivery, pharmacy or external data exchange).
  • Strong understanding of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, NCQA, URAC).
  • Comfort working with clinicians, engineers and data scientists alike; strong cross-functional communicator.
  • Bias toward measurable impact- how care product improvements translate into efficiency, cost and outcomes.
