We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this dynamic role, you will be the central point of contact for client service requests related to HVAC and Plumbing maintenance and repairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely, efficient, and professional service delivery by coordinating between clients and our field technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and prioritize incoming service requests from clients.
• Schedule and assign service and preventative maintenance work to technicians.
• Communicate effectively with clients and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
• Balance daily priorities in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on service progress.
• Ensure that estimating teams complete work order recommendations on time.
• Review and approve proposals, manage HVAC materials procurement, negotiate pricing, and track orders to avoid delays.
• Verify job costs match estimates and ensure timely closing and billing.

Qualifications

• Strong geographical knowledge of the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required; 5+ years of related trade experience preferred.
