Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to the CFO, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist with maintaining records, reports, and files for accounting and investment activities.
- Support special projects and help streamline office operations.
- Learn and assist with basic bookkeeping and financial processes (mentorship and training will be provided).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Interest in learning bookkeeping and finance-related tasks.
