• Directs and Oversees housekeepers to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the home by performing the following duties personally.

- Inspect rooms, all areas, & heart of the house for cleanliness

- Provide assistance and guidance on the proper procedures required by the owner to maintain satisfactory/ and sanitary protocol.

- Ensure owner requests are responded to in a timely, efficient, & friendly manner.

- Report any safety hazards to the owner or manager in charge.

- Deal with the tradesmen that may come to the house and oversee their work.
