Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification (appropriate for the state)
- Experience working in special education or with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements

- Ability to develop and implement adaptive curriculum and accommodations
- Collaborative spirit and initiative to work with a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, adapt, and deliver individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Provide direct instruction in accordance with IEP goals and district standards
- Track student progress, maintain documentation, and communicate regularly with families
- Partner with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff trainings, and ongoing professional development
- Foster a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment for all learners
