Position: Physical Therapist (PT)
Shift: PRN Days
Schedule: Weekends/Holidays Only, 8:00am - 4:30pm OR 8:30am - 5:00pm (employee choice-in advance)

About Our Team
Our 48-bed Acute Rehab Unit (ARU) at North Kansas City Hospital is a fast-paced yet fun environment filled with endless opportunities for learning and growth. Join our amazing team of over 25 full-time therapists and be part of something special!
What We're Looking For
We seek a dynamic Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping others and thrives in a team-oriented environment!
Your Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Conduct thorough physical therapy assessments and develop effective treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for continued progress.
- Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with rehab teams and actively participate in discharge planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission.
Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
