Water Well Pump Installer/Service Technician

• Must be 21+ with a valid DL
• Install, service, and repair submersible, jet, and turbine well pumps and related equipment.
• Diagnose system issues and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Conduct well inspections, pressure tests, and water flow performance checks.
• Wire and test electrical control systems and pressure switches related to pump operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on well systems.
• Operate equipment such as pump hoists, service trucks, and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate service records, job documentation, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service in all interactions.
