Studio haus is seeking a professional, detailed oriented, and motivated individual to fill a Part/Full-Time administrator.
Our ideal candidate for this position should have a friendly personality while being able to support the operational team in administrative tasks.

Job Requirements as follows:
Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Contract review for accuracy. Managing all paperless folders, and operating Google Workspace manage company CRM, Google workspace cloud, while creating, and managing all company spreadsheets and communication with accounting for accuracy to process.
  • Coordinate with vendors for quotes, products specifications and managing Invoice for payments approval. Assist with material budgets, proposals, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous service while building a great customer relationship.
  • Develop new systems to provide workflow efficiency. General organizational, administrative, and office upkeep tasks.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable transportation.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus.
  • Develop new systems to provide workflow efficiency. Willingness to take initiative, and ability to learn new programs. Tech savvy and creative.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Being able to communicate over the phone and emails effectively while achieving professionalism.
  • Experience with understanding QuickBooks, operating Excel programs, data entry, creating Purchase and Work Orders., & etc.
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and other Windows/Apple based software programs. Must be comfortable with paperless systems.
  • Must work efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize and manage time. Professional attitude and team spirit.
  • Maintained accurate and detailed projects / meeting notes and drawings. Perficient level of understanding and ability to read blueprints, construction documents, drawings, and excellent attention to detail.
