M.A. Silva Corks delivers the finest premium wine corks throughout North America. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fun and passionate team. The CSR will provide critical support to our sales team along with outstanding service to our valued wine industry customers.
The successful Customer Service Representative will:
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing account base
• Ask qualifying questions to increase sales
• Grow the account base by providing exceptional customer service
• Conduct limited cold calling
• Process orders by utilizing the ERP system
• Interface with the Production team to coordinate new orders
• Demonstrate and ensure our commitment to quality of service
• Create and maintain customer art files
• Process shipping quotes
• Process credit cards and credit applications
• Perform additional tasks as required
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, consultative customer service representative, demonstrating a commitment to help others succeed through an ability to listen and understand the customer’s point of view, and will have the following:
• Computer proficiency, including: MS Office & Adobe Illustrator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through
• Great teamwork ability
• Outstanding customer service knowledge
• Self motivation
• Desire to learn and grow
• Experience supporting the wine industry, not required, but a bonus
