Location: Branchburg, NJ
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6:00AM - 4:00PM

Global leader of the flavor and fragrance manufacturer located in Branchburg, NJ is in need of a Supervisor to join the weekend team!

This individual will oversee day-to-day operations within a group of 5-8 associates.

Duties:

• Supervise and support a team of chemical operators and production technicians
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment used in blending, filling, and packaging processes
• Oversee batching, mixing, and transferring of raw materials and ingredients in accordance with formulations and SOPs
• Ensure all products meet quality specifications through regular testing and in-process checks
• Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory using ERP system
• Enforce GMP, safety, and environmental protocols; lead safety meetings and participate in audits

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in fragrance/flavor/chemical manufacturing
• High School Diploma or GED
