- Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent NICU RN experience required (neonatal intensive care experience preferred)\n
- License: Active New Jersey RN license or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)\n
- Certifications: BLS and NRP (must be in hand at time of submission)\n
- Float Requirement: Willingness to float to the Nursery or any unit of similar scope\n
- PRN Availability: Must work at least one shift every 3 months to maintain active status\n

- Deliver safe, evidence-based neonatal intensive care to critically ill and high-risk neonates in the NICU\n
- Perform comprehensive assessments, continuous monitoring, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition\n
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and unit protocols\n
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric providers, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate individualized plans of care\n
- Educate and support families using compassionate communication and family-centered, developmental care principles\n
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to quality, patient safety, and infection-prevention standards\n
- Float as needed to the Nursery or similar-scope units while maintaining high standards of neonatal nursing care\n
