Join our operations team in the packaging area where you will be responsible for packaging completed units according to a manufacturing process. This role does not require gowning, yet demands effective communication skills in English for audit purposes. We are looking for candidates with longevity in previous positions who are eager for long-term career opportunities and are open to learning and taking direction.
Responsibilities
- Package completed units according to the manufacturing process.
- Communicate effectively in English for audit purposes.
- Identify colors for labeling purposes.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
- Dexterity and flexibility in tasks.
- Punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use a microscope.
- Good hand dexterity.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in cleanroom or medical device assembly.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Work Environment
The work environment does not require gowning but involves wearing safety glasses and ESD shoes while on the production floor. The role operates Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with variable weekly overtime. Although primarily in the packaging area, occasional assistance in the clean room may be requested.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
