We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join the team in Redwood City, CA. This a temp to hire contract that start as soon as the first week of June. Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Filing documents and maintaining organized records
- Opening and sorting incoming mail
- Scanning and emailing important documents
- Assisting with processing wires and transfers
- Recording daily wires and transfers accurately
- Ordering lunch for team meetings and events
- Other administrative tasks related to the Accounting Department as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain efficient record-keeping
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as scanners, printers, and computers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
