Job DescriptionStaffing District Manager
- Location: San Antonio or Dallas
- Oversee 7 Branch Locations (San Antonio and Dallas- Fort Worth, Albuquerque)
- Travel Required
Profile:
- Highly performance-driven
- Strong in staffing metrics (fill rates, spread, order flow)
Core Responsibilities:
- Fill ratios + order fulfillment
- Headcount growth across branches
- Recruiter + Branch Manager performance
- Daily/weekly KPI accountability
- Owns customer experience, service delivery, and client compliance
- Workforce quality and retention (in partnership with team)
- Direct Reports: Branch Managers
- Accountable for delivering against forecasted targets and adjusting execution plans as needed
Purpose: Drives a high-performance, results-oriented culture across all branches
