An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a K-12 educational setting. This full-time position is based in Anoka, MN, for the 2025-2026 school year and involves working primarily with elementary students, focusing on their communication needs.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-5 students
- Strong assessment and evaluation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location:
Anoka, MN
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to students
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Attend and participate in team meetings and professional development
- Prepare and maintain progress reports for student cases
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, providing tailored support
