ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1990, and today Im fortunate to work alongside a team of eight talented professionals. I actually began my career as a team member right out of college before stepping into agency myself, so I understand the role from the ground up. Im a proud graduate of Elon University, and outside the office Im a husband and father of two.
Community involvement is a big part of who I am. I stay active in local events, support a number of charities, and give back to many of the area schools.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
