Job DescriptionMIG Welder – 2nd Shift
We are seeking motivated MIG Welders to join a fast-paced, team-oriented fabrication environment. This position involves building custom industrial equipment such as conveyors, stairs, and handrails in a brand-new, clean facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on materials ranging from light gauge steel to structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols to complete assigned projects
- Work closely with engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Assist in the prep department, including measuring, cutting, and material handling
- Operate fabrication equipment such as grinders, saws, and brake presses
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of on-the-job MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and welding symbols
- Confidence using a tape measure and performing accurate measurements
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on minimizing material waste and rework
- Willingness to support fabrication and general labor tasks as needed

Schedule
- 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Overtime available based on workload (40–60 hours per week typical)
Pay & Benefits
- $20.00 – $24.00/hour
- $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
