The Role

• Oversee and help install high-end outdoor living projects—hardscapes, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and more

• Project manage scheduled installs: delegate tasks, track materials, communicate with clients, and ensure quality from start to finish

• Work side-by-side with the team on installs—this is a hands-on leadership role

• Contribute to process improvements and help grow the company with your experience and ideas

• Support sourcing, scheduling, and client relations when needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has real-world experience in landscaping, hardscaping, lighting, irrigation, and outdoor living

• Understands the value of craftsmanship, efficiency, and teamwork

• Is organized, reliable, and comfortable leading others

• Can operate machines/equipment and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty

• Has a valid driver’s license and ideally lives within a reasonable distance of Ellisville, MO

• Bonus: You’ve managed crews or run jobs before
