About the Role:

The Aesthetics Sales Representative for New Jersey plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and market presence of our aesthetic products and services within the region. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with medical professionals, spas, and aesthetic clinics to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. The representative will be responsible for educating clients on product benefits, features, and usage to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty. Success in this role directly contributes to expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue through strategic territory management and effective communication. Ultimately, the role demands a proactive, customer-focused approach to foster long-term partnerships and support the overall business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aesthetics, medical device, or beauty industry.
  • Proven experience or background in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, treatments, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory regularly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field - preferred.
  • Experience working with healthcare professionals or in a clinical sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Certification or training in aesthetic treatments or medical sales.
  • Demonstrated success in territory management and new business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory in New Jersey.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers in medical and aesthetic practices, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and spa owners.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the features and benefits of our aesthetic product line.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback and market insights that inform product development and promotional strategies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • 75% Travel.
