Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Katayama Framing is a decades old custom artwork framing shop specializing in high end hand crafted frames. Murdoch Collections is an art gallery with an extensive collection of fine works of art.
- The Role:
In this dual role, you will manage our financial books and payroll, while also taking ownership of general office administration to support our team. This is a friendly, fast-paced working environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Accounting:

- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process payroll through ADP Payroll Processing.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with tax preparation alongside our CPA.
- Maintain clean, accurate digital records in QuickBooks Online
- Office Management:

- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Assist with client pick up of artwork
- Order office supplies, manage vendor accounts, and oversee facility needs.
- Assist with HR onboarding tasks, employee files, and business licenses.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper with Office Management skills
- Proficiency with QuickBooks online, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel].
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a highly organized, problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and business information with confidentiality.
