Job DescriptionConstruction Laborers Needed
We are hiring multiple General Production Workers to support the manufacturing of pre‑fabricated concrete products. This is a physically demanding, on‑site role involving long shifts and hands‑on labor in an industrial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general labor tasks in concrete production
- Assist with casting, finishing, mixing, and moving concrete
- Operate forklifts and basic production tools
- Support setup, stripping, and yard operations across multiple shifts
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Work outdoors and indoors in varying weather conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in construction, landscaping, concrete, or general labor
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work long 10–12 hour shifts
- Comfortable climbing on/off trailers and navigating elevated work areas
- Reliable, safety‑focused, strong work ethic
- Steel‑toe, all‑leather boots required
Shifts
Multiple openings across day, evening, overnight, and yard shifts. Most schedules run Monday–Friday with 10–12 hour days.
Pay
- Starting at $20.00/hr
- Increases to $20.50 after 90 worked days
- Additional step raises at 6 months, 1 year, 1.5 years, and up to full scale at 2 years
Additional Details
- Contract‑to‑hire
- Union environment (eligible after 120 working days)
- Benefits begin after 30 days
- PPE provided (vest, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, etc.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.75/hr.
