Role Summary
The Marketing & Digital Growth Manager is responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital performance across paid media, content, partnerships, SEO, and analytics. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic optimization, positioning Everlast Welders as a trusted, high-performance brand for professionals, educators, and distributors in the welding industry.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Demand Generation
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Implement AI-driven tools to improve targeting, creative performance, and conversion rates
- Execute monthly promotional email campaigns aligned with product launches and sales initiatives
- Own SEO strategy, ensuring strong rankings for high-intent keywords (e.g., best welding machine, industrial welders)
Content & Social Media Management
- Maintain a consistent social media publishing cadence, leveraging user-generated and company-created content
- Create short-form teaser reels promoting YouTube and long-form educational content
- Respond to incoming social media messages or route inquiries to the appropriate internal teams
- Conduct monthly community outreach to creators, customers, and brand advocates
Brand Authority & Educational Content
- Develop educational content including:

- Machine selection guidance
- Setup and performance optimization tips
- Maintain high-quality visual assets (images and videos) demonstrating machine performance and usability
Partnerships, Talent & Industry Engagement
- Research and recommend trade shows and industry events
- Build strategic partnerships with welding schools, technical colleges, and training programs
- Identify potential creators, educators, and technical talent; provide weekly talent reports to leadership
- Create and manage a distributor-focused newsletter
Analytics, Optimization & Competitive Intelligence
- Track and analyze marketing performance across paid media, SEO, website traffic, and social platforms
- Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights
- Deliver regular performance reports with recommendations for optimization
Customer Engagement & Feedback
- Implement strategies to actively engage customers online
- Capture and share feedback to support continuous improvement across marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing, growth marketing, or brand management
- Strong experience in paid media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy
- Familiarity with industrial, technical, or trade-based audiences preferred
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
