Job Title: Full-Time Production Worker
Location: Vista, CA

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Shifts: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 11PM - 7:30AM (ALL SHIFTS)
Position Overview:
Expert Staffing West is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers for a full-time position in Vista, CA. As part of the production team, you will be responsible for packaging mushroom-based ingredients in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with consistent weekday hours and a supportive team atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package mushroom ingredients according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
- Perform quality checks on packaged products
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Previous production or packaging experience is a plus, but not required
- Steel-toe shoes are required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Compensation:
