What you will handle

  • Install, service, and repair HVAC/R systems across diverse industrial projects.
  • Perform inspections, diagnose issues, and optimize system performance.
  • Coordinate with project managers and craft teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Adhere to industry standards and site-specific safety requirements.
  • Educate clients on operation, maintenance, and system best practices.
  • Adopt new HVAC technologies and refine methods as the field evolves.

  • Proven track record in HVAC installation and maintenance.
  • Strong foundation in industrial construction practices.
  • Knowledge of HVAC/R components and assemblies.
  • Blueprint and technical drawing literacy.

  • HVAC certification and applicable licenses preferred.
  • Team-first mindset and strong communication skills.
