Low Voltage LED Installer/Technician

This position is for the installation and service repairs for permanent exterior low voltage lighting and other low voltage services/ duties.

Construction and/or electrical experience is highly preferred but not required. Training is provided.

Part-time and full-time positions available.

Duties will include:

Load / Unload Daily Project Materials
Keep Trailer Clean/Organized
Set Up / Clean Up Job Site
Working from Ladders/Lifts
Follow Installation Protocols
Pull/Run Cabling Through Attic
Installation of Low Voltage Controls
Custom Cut Thin Metal Channeling, Installation of Channeling
Installation of LED Lighting
Make and Seal Wire Connections
Test System
Train Customers How to Use System
Other Low Voltage Duties as Required

Requirements:

Basic Math
Ability to measure materials and jobs properly
Must be willing to climb ladders
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for long periods of time
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must own basic construction tools
Operate Basic Hand Tools/Power Tools
Exceptional customer service skills

Tools Required:

Basic Hand Tools
Metal Snipes (Left | Straight | Right)
Tool Belt
Drill/Hammer Drill (Cordless)
Impact Driver (Cordless)

Training pay starts between $17-$21.00/hour depending on referenced experience. If you are willing to learn, earn and be a team player, pay rate can raise quickly to piece rate structure with earning reaching $35-$50/hour by piece rate. This position can develop into a lead role. Part time hires can lead into full time.

Our normal work schedule is Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm with 1⁄2 hour lunch. Occasionally work may extend to Fridays.

After 90-day probationary period, we offer:

5 Paid Holidays

Upon application, please provide previous employment references for consideration.

$1,000 sign-on bonus, paid as you grow with us:

$250 at 30 days
$350 at 60 days
$400 at 90 days

Awarded at each milestone as long as you're still with us and meeting our installation standards.
