- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures.
- Welcome patients and visitors to the Practice.
- Work diligently with each patient. Scheduling appointments, preparing for daily clinics, maintaining EMR, assist in the distribution of inbound faxes, and answering incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating patient's demographics.
- Collect patient's co-pays and balances.
- Help patients in distress by notifying the appropriate staff member.
- Protect patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
- Maintaining the reception area.
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Possible 6:30 am to 2:30 pm for occasional coverage.
