- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide basic information to guests and clients
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Coordinate with internal departments as necessary
- Handle payment and invoice services
