• Specialty/Setting: General Anesthesiology, hospital and ambulatory surgery center options

• Schedule: Flexible—choose 40 hrs ($350K) or 50 hrs ($425K); 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available; no call required

• Support Staff: Full CRNA and MD support team

• Ideal Start Date: ASAP or within 60–90 days

• Patient Volume: Bread-and-butter general anesthesia cases in inpatient and outpatient settings

• Job Requirements: Residency-trained anesthesiologist (ideal for those seeking lifestyle balance)

• Compensation: $350,000–$425,000 salary + $100,000 sign-on/retention bonus
