Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to help lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This pivotal role combines hands-on food preparation with strategic kitchen management, ensuring smooth operations, high standards of food safety, and outstanding service. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
  • Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards
  • Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources

  • Oversee food service management, including timely preparation and delivery of orders in fine dining or hospitality settings

Experience

  • Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning
  • Strong background in food industry standards including food safety, handling, and sanitation practices
  • Experience managing inventory control systems and conducting regular stock audits
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively
  • Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, and large-scale event coordination
  • Prior experience in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality venues preferred
  • Knowledge of dietary department procedures and accommodating special dietary needs is advantageous
