Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to help lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation meet brand standards
- Manage inventory control and food handling procedures to minimize waste and optimize resources

- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Oversee food service management, including timely preparation and delivery of orders in fine dining or hospitality settings
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning
- Strong background in food industry standards including food safety, handling, and sanitation practices
- Experience managing inventory control systems and conducting regular stock audits
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively
- Familiarity with catering services, banquet operations, and large-scale event coordination
- Prior experience in fine dining establishments or upscale hospitality venues preferred
- Knowledge of dietary department procedures and accommodating special dietary needs is advantageous
